Before we implemented BambooHR, our HR processes were manual, fragmented, and lacked a central hub for employee information. We had no unified way to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. That all changed when we partnered with Tribe Technologies.

Partnering with Tribe Technologies was a turning point. They helped us get the most out of BambooHR, and suddenly everything clicked into place. We’ve now got proper reporting, better visibility, and the right info in the hands of the right people. It’s made a huge difference to how we support and grow our team, as well as the visibility they have for all the important stuff.

Onboarding, for example, has had a total glow-up. New starters now land with everything they need, ready to go from day one and the automations have saved us a lot of time. Performance reviews, eNPS, training logs, and all the rest – now live in one spot, which keeps things consistent and easy to manage.
Day-to-day tasks like leave requests are quick and painless. And even better, leave shows in days and can be calculated in advance so that staff can see how much leave they’ll have and when. With BambooHR’s comp tools, our team can actually see and understand the full picture when it comes to their pay and benefits. That level of transparency is new for us – and it’s been really well received.

What set Tribe apart was their local know-how and hands-on approach. Having a New Zealand-based partner who gets the local context (and answers the phone!) made the rollout smooth and fast. Their expert guidance during implementation—and their ongoing support—meant we could hit the ground running.
