Passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for New Zealand businesses, Craig's approach centers around understanding their strategic goals and harnessing technology to achieve them effectively. Drawing from over 25 years of experience as a results-driven technology executive both in NZ and 10 years London, he has led high-performing teams and successfully provided innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.

Recently appointed as the Director of Strategy and Delivery for Tribe Technology Limited, Craig is responsible for spearheading the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plan. Prior to joining Tribe Technology, he held several senior leadership positions at prominent organisations such as Cigna (CIO), ANZ Bank NZ (Head of Digital Banking), and BBC.com (Head of Technology). In these roles, he focused on leveraging technology to foster business growth, enhance the customer experience, and streamline operations.

With wide-ranging expertise in digital transformation, data, technology, strategy, customer experience, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and innovation, Craig brings a unique combination of business acumen, commercial insight, and digital strategy execution. His professional journey spans various sectors, including IT, insurance, finance, media, e-commerce and technology start-ups, both in New Zealand and the UK. Notable organizations he has been associated with include Cigna, ANZ Bank, ACC, BBC Worldwide, Intergen, QXL, Intergen, EDS, Unisys, as well as various start-ups and software development companies.
