Electraserve are Ashburton’s leading electrical services provider. With over 45 year’s history and 35 local staff working throughout Mid Canterbury, their fleet of Master Electricians service everything from new home wiring and solar panel installations to commercial buildings and irrigation setups.
With a number of dated legacy servers potentially putting the company’s cyber security at risk, Electraserve were looking for a way to bring their technology up to date and improve communication and collaboration across the board. With so many of their staff working out in the region daily, their systems needed to streamline processes and remain secure at any time, from every device.
By taking the time to understand how Electraserve’s fleet communicate with head office, we were able to remove any legacy servers and implement a move to SharePoint that focuses on forward-thinking automation. We also amplified the security of data and information by implementing multifactor authentication and introduced Microsoft Teams to improve communication and collaboration across the business.
Now in the next stage of their Customer Success Map, we’re currently working on adding new technologies to further improve outcomes for Electraserve and their customers.
